On Jan 31st, Raymond Yuan, Founder and Chairman of CTH Group was invited by Tembusu College, National University of Singapore (NUS), to be a keynote speaker for their flagship event titled Tembusu Conversations.
Speaking on the topic of“Demystifying Web3: What? How? Why?”, Raymond discussed with around 50 NUS undergraduates his understanding of the game-changing Web3 technology and the great potential of this young industry. He also shared his insights on the core values of Web3 and suggestions about how we can embrace the new Web3 era.
Tembusu College is a residential college at NUS. The Tembusu Conversations, initiated by the college’s Rector Mrs Lim Hwee Hua, is a series of dialogue sessions, moderated by undergraduates, aimed at getting Tembusu College’s students acquainted with issues related to technological innovations, financial, geopolitical and social shifts. Past keynote speakers include Chairman of Sinovation Ventures, Dr. Lee Kai-Fu, and Singapore Senior Minister Mr. Teo Chee Hean.
