CTH is travelling upon a path, where nobody has ever been before. There is no road map or role model. We have to trust our intuition, make good decisions based on data, adjust our understanding of the changing landscape of information and technological developments. This keeps us on our toes, always expecting the unexpected and this also keeps us humble. While we tend to celebrate small wins, they are just part of our journey.
My own personal journey has been very similar to CTH - always learning, improving and looking for new exciting challenges - and most importantly, trying to add value to the community and my colleagues.
There is a saying 'if you want to go fast, go alone - if you want to go far, go as a team' - at CTH, we need to go 'fast' and 'far' - its our process of finding the right balance. Breaking teams into smaller sub-teams from time to time but regrouping the whole team to tackle bigger hurdles.
