Working closely with our founder has taught me well what it means to be humble and hardworking and every aspect of our corporate values. Genuinely care about the people who we work with and create that atmosphere that motivates you to come to work daily.

1.What does success look like to you？
Being a female, stay independent from all angles, both financially and emotionally. With a well-balanced life, I enjoy the time when fighting with my team for a business breakthrough as well as figuring out a new recipe and trying not to burn down my house.

2.What is the most valuable piece of advice you've ever received, and where did it come from?
Precision is everything. Word of advice from our founder.

3.What is the biggest obstacle you've overcome in life?
Figuring out life while being alone and abroad at age of 17. Life was full of misery and temptation but knowing my own value and living with it is a huge obstacle to a young girl.

4.Where will you be in 5 years?
Visiting all our offices around the world.

5.How pandemic change your workstyle, do you prefer to work from home or the office?
Working online has never been a difficulty for a global company hence pandemic didn’t hit me at all. If anything I get to spend more time with my cat while the camera is not on.

6.What is your motivation for entering this industry?
An industry that is constantly evolving and whoever is left learns to stay fullish and stay humble. Everyone you meet has his or her own strength and could be a guide for you. Pick your own piece in this field and continue working in that direction, and you will ride the tide with the entire community.
